Natalie is a proud sports mom who's constantly on the go, cheering from the sidelines at cheer, wrestling, and football events. Whether she's on the road with her kids or soaking up the sunshine outdoors, she thrives in the hustle of family life. An avid reader and Ohio University sports fan, she also carves out time for the gym and quality moments with her two beloved dogs.

Her heart belongs to Jamaica—the calm pace, warm breeze, and peaceful atmosphere are her idea of paradise. She dreams of one day visiting India for a Vipassana retreat, deepening her connection to mindfulness and spiritual healing. A true book collector, Natalie gravitates toward holistic living and spiritual reads, with favorites like The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield and Becoming Nobody by Ram Dass holding a special place in her heart. When it's time to unwind, you’ll catch her watching the original West Side Story—Natalie Wood forever—or getting a laugh from Office Space or The Big Lebowski.

Natalie became an esthetician to heal her own skin, specifically rosacea, which she’s battled for years. But what began as personal healing turned into a heartfelt calling. She’s now passionate about helping others manage not only rosacea but also hyperpigmentation, aging, and inflammatory skin conditions. Her favorite part of the job is making someone’s day better—helping clients feel more confident on the outside while lifting their spirits on the inside. Many of her closest friendships started in the treatment room, and she looks forward to building more meaningful connections as she walks alongside her clients in their skin journey.

Oh—and in case you're wondering, her favorite band is Beauty School Dropout… though she’s definitely glad she didn’t become one.
